LI Yungao | Chairman
      Mr. Li is one of the founders of the Company. He is a successful entrepreneur and processes profound management experiences and skills. Mr. Li has made significant contributions to the growth of the Company as well as the development of the community. From 1987 until the the inception of the Company, Mr Li acted as Chairman and President of Chengdu Rongxin Industry Co. Ltd., and its predecessor, Chengdu Rongxin Joint Stock Company. Mr. Li started his first business as early as in 1978.

Kong Xiaoyang | Chief Operation Officer
      Mr. Kong Xiaoyang has been Chief operating officer since May, 2006. He has 16 years experience in manufacturing, procurement and general management role. Most recently, he worked in Johnson Electric Group as divisional manager of plastic injection and die casting plants. He graduated from ShanXi Science ad Technology University.

CHEN Weisheng | Vice President & CFO
      Mr. Chen has been Vice President & CFO of the Company since 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Chen had been the finance manager of Rongxin Joint Stock Company since 1990. Mr. Chen began his career as an accountant with a department store in Chengdu. Mr. Chen graduated from Sichuan Commercial Accounting College. He holds a CPA and a MBA degree from Sichuan Coalition University.

DING KE | Executive Vice President
      Mr. DING has been the Executive President of the company since 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Ding had served as a director of the Company since 2000. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Ding had served as Vice President for Huatai Enterprise Management Co., Ltd, an investment management company. Mr. Ding has a Bachelor of Material Engineering degree from Donghua University and a Master of Management Engineering degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

LIU Zenglin | Vice President
      Mr. Liu has been Vice President of operation and Chief Engineer of the Company since 2000. Mr. Liu holds a bachelor degree in casting engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University and possesses more than twenty years’ experience in the China automotive casting field. From 1982 until joining Tonglin Casting, Mr. Li had worked with Sichuan Diesel Engine Factory, assuming a critical role as Chief Engineer prior to his departure. Mr. Liu has published more than twenty papers in trade magazines and journals. His two papers received first-class prizes awarded by the National Science and Technology Commission.

YANG Gen | Vice President
      Ms. Yang joined the Company as the regional sales manager covering North China in 2001. She was promoted to the position of Sales Director in 2003. The Board appointed her as a Vice President responsible for sales and marketing in 2005. Ms. Yang obtained her bachelor degree from the Southwest Finance & Economy University.

SONG Wanping | Chief Engineer
      Mr. Song is a veteran in the China automotive casting industry. Prior to joining the Company in 2004, Mr. Song had been working with First Auto Works (FAW), one of the largest auto manufacturers in China, for more than 30 years. His last position at FAW was Deputy Chief Engineer at FAW’s foundry division. Mr. Song is a graduate from the Jilin Industrial University.
